ESS is our pay-as-you go support service. With traditional IT support contracts, you pay an annual fee, whether or not you call on the service. With ESS, you buy units that give you access to our telephone support, remote hands-on support and onsite support services as and when you need them.

ESS units have no use-by date and never expire. You only buy as many units as you need, and you can carry any unused units over to the next period. That means you get real benefit from every penny you spend on support.

Pricing that makes sense

If you use our telephone support, we'll charge you just one ESS unit for each problem resolved, even if it takes several calls to find a solution. ESS units can also be exchanged for remote hands-on support or onsite support.

We know your network

ESS covers servers, software, routers, firewalls, switches and other network devices. If we installed your network, we'll already have intimate knowledge of your systems. If you choose ESS for an existing system, we will carry out a thorough audit so we understand your network's properties from the outset.
