Connectology achieves ISO 9001 and 14001 standards
Connectology's commitment to operational efficiency, customer service and environmental management were demonstrated through our achievement of both the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
The 9001 standard formalises our consistent approach to operational processes and customer service. Only 5 percent of businesses in the UK hold the ISO 9001 standard.
The 14001 standard means Connectology works to an agreed environmental policy and regularly measures its practices to ensure conformance. This is also a formal commitment to minimising adverse environmental effects from our operations. Currently, only 1 percent of businesses hold the ISO 14001 standard.
Achieving these standards also further establishes our status as a professional partner of our large corporate and government clients.
Connectology managing director,
Jonathan Wagstaffe commented, "over the last fifteen years, Connectology
has been committed to being an efficient and service orientated business.
Gaining the ISO standards is a formal statement of our intentions to continue
to develop and improve our operational and environmental policies and procedures".
