ISO 9001 Standard Project Vision prides itself on its consistently high quality customer service and the efficiency of its internal operations. Though Project Vision has worked this way for the last 15 years, it was decided in 2008 to formalise our approach by gaining the ISO 9001 standard. As part of the standard, Project Vision defined and documented all its key working processes, and controls and monitors them to ensure our services meet a high and consistent standard. ISO 9001 is an international standard current held by only 5 percent of UK businesses. The implementation
of a formal Quality Management System that meets the ISO 9001 standard
is further evidence of our commitment to providing the best service
to our clients, whilst running an efficient and well managed operation.
Implementation of the standard was overseen by managing director Jonathan Wagstaffe, with the ongoing controls and measures administered by the Project Vision management team. Read
