ISO 14001 Standard Project Vision is committed to continually improving the environmental performance of its business operations. In 2008 the decision was taken to formalise our approach to environmental management by gaining the ISO 14001 standard. ISO 14001 was first published in 1996 and specifies the requirements for an organisation's environmental management system. Only 1 percent of UK businesses have achieved the ISO 14001 standard. As part of the standard, Project Vision works to an agreed environmental policy and regularly measures its practices to ensure conformance. Project Vision also ensures it is compliant with environmental laws and regulations. Gaining ISO 14001 was also an indication to our clients (corporate and government) that we are committed to minimising any adverse environmental effects from our operations.
